**What will you do**

This role is a IC role with the promising opportunities of quick growth

Managing all training delivery through digital platforms for new hires and existing staff

Handle multiple territories for business & support functions training

Driving the e-learning effectiveness and coverage

Excellent training delivery for huge range of audience starting from front line to vertical heads

Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders for training initiatives

Driving innovative and digital interventions to partner with business objectives

Building a positive and conversation oriented working environment with training team and business teams

Excellent knowledge of TNA and output driven training planning

**What do you need**

Excellent digital presence and high on ownership

In case of experienced min. **4 years **of experience with min. **2 years** of experience in sales training **(preferably in banking, finance, NBFCs, loan products)**

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent crowd management skills

Confident in running digital training culture

High business acumen to understand and analyse the business objectives

Problem solving supported by data analysis

Basic knowledge of MS office
- word, excel, and power-point

Should be comfortable with Google suite - doc, sheet, form, and slide
