**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, student enrollments, and overall market share. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills, who is passionate about education and helping students succeed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), print media, events, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience needs.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and running targeted advertising campaigns.
- Optimize website content and SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and seminars.
- Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., admissions, faculty) to ensure consistent brand messaging and student experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education industry (experience with coaching institutes is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with marketing automation tools.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
