**Job Function**
Your role involves leveraging industry-best digital marketing practices to generate leads and aligning your strategies with the customer conversion rate, ensuring a successful transition from leads to customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with web developers and content writers to gain insights into the strategies they employ as initial inputs. It's essential to assess whether these inputs contribute to the desired outcomes, including reaching the target customer base and the services outlined during the initial planning phase. Furthermore, you should establish effective communication with the production team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the services they provide, the target audience, customer personas, and potential keywords. This knowledge will be instrumental in planning and executing your promotional efforts.
**Work Schedule**:
Internship, Monday to Saturday, 9.30a.m. to 6:30pm. Hours may vary on occasion, depending on workload. Second and Fourth Saturday Holiday.
**Salary**
₹ 25000-35,000/- Per Month.
**Req. Qualification**:
A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or data science related field.
**Req. Experience**:
None. However, a strong passion for writing and the ability to learn quickly in the field of writing are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Data Analysis and KPI Setting**:
- Analyze data from various sources, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Facebook, Keyword List, and SEMRUSH competitor reports.
- Understand the current marketing landscape and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with lead generation targets.
- Configure KPIs within Guires ERP for monitoring and reporting purposes.
**Campaign Planning and Execution**:
- Plan marketing promotion campaigns based on the established KPIs and action plans.
- Execute campaigns according to the defined indicators and timelines.
- Acquire High Quality Backlinks.
- Link Prospecting: Identifying potential websites, directories, and platforms for acquiring high-quality backlinks through research and analysis.
- Outreach Support: Collaborate with the team to help in reaching out to website owners, bloggers, and influencers for guest posting opportunities and link placements.
**Performance Reporting**:
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify factors contributing to negative scores.
- Submit detailed reports to team leads for review and analysis.
**Monitoring Algorithm Updates**:
- Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and other relevant industry changes.
- Understand their potential impact on marketing strategies and adapt accordingly.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Track the number of leads achieved per week against predefined targets.
- Measure the successful implementation of new marketing strategies.
- Assess client satisfaction levels and incorporate feedback into strategies.
**Compliance and Reporting**:
- Follow company policies and procedures in all marketing processes.
- Adhere to ethical and best practices marketing functions.
- Ensure best practices while writing content and drafting marketing materials.
**Reporting**:
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the manager, providing updates on campaign progress and key performance indicators based on the targets set.
