To support this growth, we are seeking a talented and motivated **Digital & Graphic Editor** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality and engaging digital content, including short-form videos, reels, and promotional posts for Instagram and YouTube.
- Design visually appealing graphics, promotional banners, product images, and branded visual content for both social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop custom designs for cricket bat stickers, story highlights, thumbnails, and other visual assets to support brand identity.
- Efficiently utilize tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, and Canva to produce professional-level visuals and edits.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm and execute innovative content strategies.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment across all design and multimedia outputs.
- Edit voiceovers, sync audio with visuals, incorporate transitions, effects, and background music to enhance video content.
- Ensure all content is optimized according to current social media best practices, including platform-specific dimensions, algorithm-friendly elements, and trending formats.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience in digital content creation and editing, particularly for social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom), CapCut, InShot, and Canva.
- A strong creative vision and eye for design, with excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, popular content formats, and best practices for maximizing engagement on Instagram and similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- A good understanding of cricket as a sport and its associated culture is highly desirable.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and responsive with strong communication and teamwork skills.
