**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics Design**:

- Create engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphic projects from start to finish.
- Develop storyboards and animations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design high-quality brochures, flyers, hoardings, and other print materials.
- Ensure consistency in visual design across all digital and print media.
- Work on branding projects, creating logos, banners, and other promotional materials.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and motion graphic artists.
- Oversee the design process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro, to produce high-quality designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design software and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge output.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with exceptional quality.
- **Creative Development**:

- Push creative boundaries and introduce innovative design concepts.
- Continually develop your own skills and those of your team to keep up with evolving design trends.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (required)
- Motion graphics: 1 year (required)
- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (required)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (required)
- Adobe Premiere: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects: 1 year (preferred)
