**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Print Media Design**: Develop creative designs for print media, including brochures, flyers, visiting cards, banners, posters, and hoardings.
- **Motion Graphics Creation**: Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and video content.
- **Brand Identity**: Work on designing logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collateral that reflect the brand’s identity and values.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with overall campaign strategies and goals.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual content for both **digital and print formats**.
- **File Preparation**: Ensure all print designs are prepped correctly for production, working closely with printers and vendors to ensure quality results.
- **Design Software**: Use Adobe Creative Suite tools like **Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro**, etc., to create impactful visuals.
- **Innovative Approach**: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of **print media** design principles and preparation for production.
- Experience in creating **motion graphics** for video and digital content.
- High creativity and attention to detail with a strong sense of design aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
