**About the internship**
We are looking for an impactful customer success intern (e-commerce) to manage our end-to-end e-commerce platform.
**Customer success - Interns.**
**Qualifications: Any Graduate required**
**Skills**
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) contacting merchants for confirmation.
3) Understanding the needs of the customer, explaining the benefits to the customer, and closing the sale.
4) Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
5) Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
6) Effective communication skills like English,Hindi and any regional language.
7) Required exceptional customer service skills.
Salary:
Contract Based/Target Based
