**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive

**Location**: Kochi, Panampily Nagar

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our hair transplant, GFC, PRP, and other skin treatment services.
- Provide detailed information about our services, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
- Schedule appointments for consultations with our specialists.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest in our services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective scripts and strategies.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
