Esko India is expanding and has multiple open positions in the Product Management team for roles, such as Product Managers and Product Owners, at different career Career Levels and experience range. These positions aim to develop competencies for carrying out future work towards our one-platform vision with a software product portfolio to meet the needs of the packaging industry and adjacent spaces.

Our Product Management team learns about unmet customer needs through voice-of-customer and drives the development relevant, valuable, differentiated, sustainable solutions that are progressively refine from concept to prototype to MVP to full-developed products, followed by continuous product enhancements based on customer feedback and usage. They develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs. They establish pricing strategies, work closely with R&D and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

They are responsible for managing the sales and P&L of product(s) or product line(s), ensure customer satisfaction, growth, profitability, and strategic leadership of the product line(s) on a global basis
