**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retail partners.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to align promotions.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge about Jadau and Polki jewellery trends and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and other digital marketing softwares.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for heritage jewellery and design aesthetics.
