We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchase Executive with approximately three years of experience in procurement, ideally within the education sector. This role involves overseeing the purchasing process to ensure the timely acquisition of materials, supplies, and services that support our educational mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Execution**:

- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to placing orders for educational materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve the best value for the institution.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future needs to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor contracts, and inventory.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to management.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the procurement function.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with educational resources and materials.
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,867.17 - ₹35,331.28 per month
