We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant/ Executive to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to order supplies and equipment in accordance with our company’s needs.

This will involve researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate order records, including dates, invoices, and discounts. Familiarity with supply chain procedures and the ability to create and interpret cost analyses are important for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end **Procure to Pay (P2P)** process including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
- Handle **vendor management** including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking.

Execute day-to-day **purchasing activities** - identifying suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
