**Admissions Counseling**:
**Job Title: Management Intern - Preschool Admissions and Administration**

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Management Intern to join our preschool team. As a Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in admissions counseling and various administrative tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management and operations of a preschool environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct informative sessions for prospective parents, providing them with detailed information about the preschool's programs, curriculum, and facilities.
- Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with parents to address concerns and provide guidance throughout the admissions process.
- Assist in organizing and participating in admission events, open houses, and school tours.

**Application Processing**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Support the development and maintenance of student records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Communication and Outreach**:

- Assist in social media management and online presence to promote the preschool and engage with the community.

**Event Coordination**:

- Coordinate and support various events such as parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school functions.
- Work closely with the events team to ensure smooth execution and positive experiences for parents and students.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- A genuine interest in early childhood education and a passion for working with children.
