**DESIGNATION : Supervisor**

**REPORTS TO : MANAGER**

**KEY PURPOSE**
- **Reduce In-house lot hold and Rework**
- **To reduce in-house rejection.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **To ensure good housekeeping in production.**
- **To be involved in problem solving activity like cft, capa, and customer complaints attaining.**
- **To do boiling and water treatment process**
- **New operator handling in positive way and training to be given to them for machine operation, part handling, reworking and quality checking.**
- **To do or get kaizens, 2s shining, FPP improvement, WPP from operators and setters.**
- **Implement all quality systems effectively.**

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **On job training given to operator and position cake test.**

**KEY INTERFACES**

**External -Trainers/Consultants on productivity improvement/team performance, vendor**

**Internal -All functional departments**

**COMPETENCY PROFILE**:

- **Education : Degree / Diploma in Plastic / Polymer / Mechanical / CIPET Engg**
- **Experience : 2 yrs to 4 yrs in plastic injection molding**
- **Other skills: Communication Skills**

**Leadership Skills**

**Motivation Skills**

**Controlling Skills**

**Decision Making Skills**
