As part of our growing digital footprint, we are expanding our e-commerce presence and seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team member.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update product listings across platforms.
- Oversee order processing, returns, and customer service coordination.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and generate weekly reports.
- Execute marketplace campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to optimize product images and descriptions.
- Analyze customer behavior, reviews, and feedback to improve store performance.
- Research competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing tools, and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data tracking tools.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
