**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Schedule demos, meetings, and interviews
- Maintain and update both physical and digital files and records
- Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, leave records, and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Assist in petty cash handling and invoice follow-ups
- Prepare regular reports for management
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related role
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred

**Note**: This is a full-time, on-site role based in **Noida, Sector 63**.
