**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Student Counseling & Advising**
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations.
- Recommend programs, universities, and countries that best match their profiles.
- Provide guidance on entry requirements, scholarship options, and program structures.

**Application & Documentation Support**

**Pre-Departure Preparation**
- Coordinate and conduct pre-departure orientations to help students transition smoothly to life abroad.
- Advise on accommodation, travel, health insurance, and cultural adaptation.

**Collaboration & Relationship Management**
- Build relationships with university representatives, education agents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain updated knowledge on international education trends, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.
- Attend and participate in student fairs, seminars, and events to promote GCQ Study Abroad services.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Prepare and present reports on counseling outcomes, conversion rates, and student feedback.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in student advising, admissions counseling, or international education consulting.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the study abroad process, including visa and admission requirements for popular study destinations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
- Multilingual abilities (preferred) and cultural sensitivity.
