**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to prospective customers and present company products/services effectively.
- Generate appointments and demos for the field sales or business development team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads and opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to promote repeat business.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation (B2B or B2C).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [Industry - e.g., IT Services / SaaS / HRTech / Manufacturing, etc.].
- Prior experience in outbound sales campaigns.
- Understanding of the sales pipeline and funnel metrics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
