Your Job Description is as follows:
Handling communications at the track:

- Providing information and guiding people about the Rayo Racing Training Programs.
- Handling Queries and bookings for Ajmera IndiKariting.
- Providing information about the various services offered and costs for the same.
- Handling communications for event inquiries such as Races, Exclusive track bookings, Private Events, Birthday Parties etc.
- Our track phone communications are on an IVR system. The IVR system will give the customers all the necessary information about track timings and costs. If people want more information or if they have an event related inquiry the call will come to the track phone, which has to be answered by you.
- Learning the IVR system and getting changes done incase of changes in timings, changes in costs, etc.

Track website:

- Learning & Handling the Ajmera Indikarting website back-end interface & payments system.
- Checking the number of bookings and coordinating with the team.
- Editing the booking system based on track availability and events at the track.

Rayo Racing Programs and Drivers:

- Handling the routine communications with the registered drivers for Training Programs.
- Handling the documentation process.
- Assisting and guiding drivers in further steps.
- Assisting drivers to get a Racing License.
- Informing drivers about the upcoming races.
- We have around 30 drivers on our yearly training program. The drivers put up a message in the whatsapp group before coming to the track. You must coordinate with the pit crew and the driver. The Kart of the driver must be ready to drive before the driver comes to the track.

Operations
- Assisting the team in day to day track operations.
- Monitoring the stock of all the essentials required for day to day operations at the track.
- Maintaining the stock of essentials required for the training programs and events. E.g Gloves, Tshirts, Certificates, etc
- Maintaining the stock of products for sale. E.g Helmets, cold drinks, etc
- Coordinating with vendors for products or services required at the track.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Operations: 1 year (preferred)
