**Key Responsibilities**:
**Managing Return Requests**:

- Ensure returns are processed in accordance with company policies and timelines.
- Investigate and resolve any issues related to product quality, damage, or wrong orders.

**Coordinating with Warehouse/Logistics**:

- Communicate with warehouse teams for the proper handling and inspection of returned products.
- Work closely with the logistics team to arrange the pick-up of returned items and ensure timely deliveries of replacement goods.
- Ensure that returned items are restocked or disposed of according to the company's policy.

**Tracking and Monitoring**:

- Maintain records of all returned products, ensuring accurate documentation in the system.
- Track and monitor the progress of returns, ensuring that returns are processed promptly.
- Update customers on the status of their returns and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

**Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze return data to identify trends (e.g., return reasons, product defects, etc.) and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports for management on returns performance, including the volume of returns, reasons, and any recurrent problems with products.

**Policy Adherence and Improvements**:

- Ensure that all returns are processed according to company return policies.
- Help refine and improve return policies, taking into account customer feedback and operational efficiencies.

**Collaboration with Other Teams**:

- Work closely with the customer service, sales, and product teams to address any recurring issues related to returns.
- Assist in handling inventory discrepancies due to returns.

**Key Skills**:
**Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in processing returns and maintaining records.

**Problem-Solving**: Resolving complex issues related to returns and exchanges.

**Organizational Skills**: Managing multiple tasks and returns in a fast-paced environment.

**Communication Skills**: Clear and concise communication with customers, team members, and other departments.

**Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, return management systems, Ms Excel, Google Sheets.

**Qualifications**:.
- **Experience**: Experience in, logistics, or eCommerce returns management is an advantage.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and Return Management Systems (RMS) can be helpful.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
