An **outbound customer care job** involves making outgoing calls to customers on behalf of a company, usually for service follow-ups, appointment reminders, satisfaction surveys, product information, or sales promotions. The focus is on proactive communication, resolving concerns, building relationships, and sometimes cross-selling or upselling relevant products/services.

Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, confirmations, or feedback collection.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about company services.
- Update customer records and document call interactions in the CRM system.
- Uphold call quality standards and compliance with scripts/regulations.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets for productivity and service quality.
- Upsell or cross-sell company products where applicable.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to relay feedback and assist with escalated cases.

Requirements & Skills
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.
- Basic computer and data entry skills (CRM, dialing systems).
- Problem-solving and patience under pressure.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines.
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent, usually required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
