We are looking for enthusiastic and driven **Sales Interns** to join our dynamic team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the real estate sales process, customer engagement, and business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-up
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential clients
- Maintain CRM records and update client information
- Support the team in preparing sales materials and presentations
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns
- Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Must be based in or near Thane
