**Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager**

**Experience: 2+ Years with relevant experience in staffing/IT/ITES industry.**

**Location: OMR, Chennai**

**Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying, qualify, and secure business opportunities related to the staffing industry.
- Generate new sales leads for staffing business.
- Market research on short-term and long-term business goals and create strategies accordingly to boost internal revenue.
- Build and manage the outbound business development pipeline to increase client base.
- Client relationship management - create effective client strategies to enhance their business thus driving cross/up-sell revenue for the company.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Create informative presentations; present and deliver information to potential clients at client meetings.
- Manage, retain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value propositions.
- Write business proposals.
- Negotiate with stakeholders.
- Draft and review contracts.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Business Development Executive/Manager.
- Exposure to the staffing industry (Preferable)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Possess strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsible for meeting business targets.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly nature.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
