5. Working knowledge of Food Cost Control (desirable)
6. Judging quality of raw material
7.Proficiency in preparing south-indian cuisine
8.Ability of bulk cooking
9.Providing quality finished product
10.Ability to Multitask
11. Looking after overall food requirements of bunglow guests.
