**Technical Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of PPC platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, and paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and display advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ad tracking tools.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for landing page optimization.
**Non-Technical Skills**:
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing performance data, making data-driven decisions, and implementing A/B testing to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as content, design, and development, to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing KPIs and business goals.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company stays ahead in the performance marketing space.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
