**Job Description: Performance Marketer for Meta Ads**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, implement, and optimize high-performance Meta Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, sales, and awareness.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, ad creative development, A/B testing, budget allocation, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and KPIs to identify insights, implement improvements, and achieve defined performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay updated with Meta's ever-evolving platform features, algorithm updates, and ad products, adapting strategies as needed to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare periodic reports and dashboards showcasing campaign performance, key learnings, and actionable insights.
- Support the mentoring of junior marketers as needed, fostering innovation and best practices within the team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience of 1+ years in Meta Ads management (Facebook and Instagram campaigns).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and derive actionable strategies.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, funnel strategies, remarketing, and advanced optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or finance performance marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Creative thinking paired with a keen eye for detail and results-oriented execution.
