Shift timing : 5 PM to 2 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, and follow-up communications.

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruiting strategies to meet business needs.

Assist with organizing and attending job fairs, technical meetups, and other networking events.

**Requirements**:
Any Bachelor Degree

0-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).

Familiarity with technical job functions and key skills (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, and tools).

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., Boolean searches, X-ray searches) is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and grow in technical recruiting, with an interest in the tech industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
