**Job Title**: Tender Executive

**Location**: Jaipur

**Experience**: 2 years

**Salary**:15-25k CTC

**Requirements-**:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Well versed with document controlling, Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, MIS Report, Proficient Written & Verbal Communication in English.
- Great project management and multitasking skills.
- Must have excellent drafting skills.
- Experience in proposal writing, contract negotiation, or business development.
- Must have exposure to handling government tenders, and can bring new business through tenders to the company.

**Responsibilities-**:

- Enroll in various government, state & Central Schemes.
- Ensure all tender documents are properly organized, formatted, and presented, maintaining a high standard of quality, clarity, and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and sign-offs for tender submissions.
- Must have knowledge of all Tender Documents, Letters, Knowledge of Government departments, sectors, etc.
- Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews, and deadlines,
- Download tender documents from different websites of Govt Department (E-Procurement and E- Tender other Govt. Department) & Pvt.
- Download & read all the tender documents.
- Have to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for the financial bid of the Tender.
- Must have experience on searching Tenders on various sites & must have experience on tender documentation.
- Conducting research about the market, competitors and potential clients to identify opportunities and determine the feasibility of submitting a tender.
- To prepare proposals that clearly and concisely outline the company’s capabilities and experience.
- Must maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure that the company is well-positioned to win future tenders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
