**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**:
A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines in manufacturing settings.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Machine Setup**: Prepare CNC machines for operation by setting up tools, loading materials, and inputting program codes to ensure accurate production.

**Programming**: Interpret engineering blueprints and drawings to create CNC programs. Write, modify, and optimize CNC codes for efficient production processes.

**Operation**: Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, milling, or shaping materials according to specifications.

**Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to verify conformance with specifications, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

**Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools and parts.

**Safety**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including program codes, setup sheets, and inspection reports.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with other team members, engineers, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience as a CNC operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and operating procedures.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools and quality control processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and machining techniques.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
