**Job Description: UI/UX Designer (Android & iOS App Screens)**

**Position**: UI/UX Designer
**Location**: Lucknow
**Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: 1-4 Years
**Salary**:

- 25,000 to 35,000

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging and user-friendly app screens tailored for Android and iOS platforms, adhering to platform-specific guidelines.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate the latest design innovations into projects.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, color schemes, and user flows across the app.
- Prepare and hand over detailed design specifications for developers, ensuring seamless execution.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Design or any Stream with UI/UX Experience.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience designing mobile apps for Android and iOS.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Android Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Framer, or Marvel.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Previous work on Finance, e-commerce, Fintech, or social apps is an advantage.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work is mandatory.
