We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our creative team. You’ll play a key role in designing engaging user interfaces for websites and apps while ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Branding:Social Media & Logo Design:Design & Prototypes:User Experience:Collaboration:Trends & Innovation**:

- Develop brand identities, profiles, and guidelines tailored for digital platforms to ensure consistency across all design touchpoints.
- Craft eye-catching and impactful social media content, including posts, ads, banners, and promotional graphics optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Develop on-brand, cohesive visuals that effectively communicate the company’s message and drive audience engagement.
- Design versatile templates for social media campaigns, ensuring seamless adaptation across various content formats and channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure creative assets align with ongoing campaigns, trends, and brand objectives, delivering consistent visual storytelling.
- Create detailed website and app mockups, interactive prototypes, and wireframes to visualize user interfaces and experiences.
- Conduct user research, develop user personas, and perform usability testing to refine and improve design outcomes.
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to implement designs effectively, ensuring a smooth handoff and accurate execution of design concepts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating fresh and innovative ideas into projects to keep designs relevant and engaging.

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong wireframing, prototyping, and visual design skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
