UI/UX Designer (with Figma, Responsive & Adaptive Web Design Skills)

**Position Title**: UI/UX Designer

**Location**: Lucknow

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Figma Design & Prototyping**: Use Figma to design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly communicate design concepts. Update and maintain design files with proper organization and consistency.

**Responsive Web Design**: Develop and optimize web designs that adapt to various screen sizes, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

**Adaptive Web Design**: Design adaptive layouts that use different design approaches for varying screen resolutions, providing optimal user experiences for each device type.

**Collaboration & Communication**:Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.

**Information Architecture**: Organize and structure information in a way that is user-friendly, enhancing usability and navigation throughout the platform.

**Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the design process and deliver high-quality user experiences.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Proven Experience**: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile design.
**Figma Expertise**: Proficient in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs. Familiarity with Figma components, design systems, and version control.
**Responsive Design**: Deep understanding of responsive design principles, including media queries, flexible grids, and scalable images for multi-device optimization.
**Adaptive Design**: Expertise in adaptive design principles, creating fixed layouts for specific screen resolutions while maintaining a user-friendly experience.
**Design Systems**: Experience in designing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products.
**User-Centered Design**: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
**Tools & Software**: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
**Problem Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach design challenges creatively.
**Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail in visual design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and consistency across designs.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Good Communication Skills

Bachelor's degree

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or working closely with developers on design implementation
