**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion across various digital platforms.
- Manage and monitor online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

**2. Social Media Management**
- Create and execute social media content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices for audience engagement.

**3. Content Marketing & SEO**
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with company goals.
- Develop WhatsApp marketing strategies for targeted customer engagement.

**5. Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics.
- Generate reports on ROI, engagement, and conversion rates to optimize future campaigns.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM systems for data-driven decisions.

**6. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**
- Work closely with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
- Improve customer journey and website UI/UX to maximize lead conversion.
- Develop landing pages and sales funnels for digital campaigns.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in insurance, financial services, or fintech.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms**.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of **marketing automation tools** like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of **graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)** is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and present reports effectively.
