Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong expertise in increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and enhancing engagement with target audiences.

You will play a key role in driving online visibility, managing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness:

Develop and implement digital strategies to boost brand recognition and visibility across various online channels.

Consistently monitor trends and leverage social platforms to enhance the brand's presence.

Lead Generation:

Create and manage targeted campaigns to generate high-quality leads through paid and organic strategies.

Optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation goals and ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Engagement with Target Audience:

Engage with followers on social media, respond to their inquiries, and nurture relationships with potential customers.

Monitor and analyze audience feedback to improve content strategies and build brand loyalty.

Reputation and Crisis Management (RCD):

Manage the brand's online reputation, addressing any concerns or negative feedback in a timely manner on digital platforms.

Collaborate with the team to ensure crisis communication strategies are effectively implemented.

Video Editing & Content Creation:

Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging and visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and blogs.

Edit videos and create multimedia content that aligns with the brands voice and enhances the audience experience.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while achieving the defined KPIs.

Social Media Marketing (SMM):

Manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Stay updated on the latest SMM trends, tools, and strategies to ensure effective execution of social campaigns.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic, organic search rankings, and content visibility.

Perform keyword research, optimize web pages, and conduct SEO audits to enhance performance.

Website Management:

Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring seamless user experience and optimization for conversions.

Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot website issues and improve site functionality.

Email Marketing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.

Analyze and report on email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize future campaigns for better performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.

Strong understanding of online marketing tools and best practices.

Proficiency in SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

Knowledge of Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and email marketing platforms.

Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.

Creativity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads or Analytics certification.

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

Prior experience in managing a team or working within a cross-functional team.
