We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Microsoft Dynamics CRM Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis.
- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for various skill levels.
- Deliver training in both online (virtual) and offline (in-person) formats.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, slides, and practical exercises.
- Incorporate real-world examples and scenarios to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay current with the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Provide hands-on assistance and guidance during training sessions.
- Address learner queries and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
- Offer post-training support to ensure learner success.
- Design and administer assessments to evaluate learner progress.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve training sessions.
- Adjust training approaches based on feedback and assessment results.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with learners and stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to effectively manage and engage with both online and offline learners.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹39,237.22 per month
