Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness.- Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.- Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes.- Propose solutions to optimize effectiveness.- Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time.Requirements :Must Have Skills : - Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.Good To Have Skills : - Experience with Microsoft Azure.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.- Experience in developing and implementing workflows.- Knowledge of process optimization techniques.- Familiarity with business process modeling tools.Additional Information :- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- 15 years of full-time education is required.
