Job Title: Technical Lead (DevOps/Dotnet and Migration Experience years

Location: (Remote)/ 2 days in a month to Chennai

Job Summary:

  • Strong development background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) with prior hands-on coding experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Feature Lead / Solution Architect in enterprise projects.
  • Drive and oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
  • Lead end-to-end migration projects from Azure DevOps (ADO) to GitHub for enterprise customers projects).
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance during customer engagements, including onsite travel for workshops, design sessions, and solution delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on best practices in development modernization and DevOps transformations.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise DevOps.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for short durations (design workshops, customer engagements).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, GitHub Advanced Security, or AWS/Azure DevOps certifications.
  • Experience in hybrid/multi-cloud enterprise environments.
  • Prior exposure to large-scale modernization programs (legacy to cloud-native).
  • Hands-on with enterprise integrations
