We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Chatbot Trainer.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our cutting-edge chatbot systems. As a Part-Time Chatbot Trainer, you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning our chatbot systems to ensure they deliver accurate and relevant responses. You will work closely with our AI and development teams to enhance the chatbot's performance, improve user interactions, and contribute to a seamless user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training data for chatbot systems, including crafting sample dialogues and scenarios.
- Analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to refine algorithms and enhance the chatbot's understanding and response accuracy.
- Monitor chatbot performance metrics and recommend adjustments based on data insights.
- Conduct regular testing and quality assurance to ensure the chatbot meets performance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and chatbot technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on chatbot or AI training.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging training content.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and tools (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) is a plus.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) and data analysis tools is advantageous.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in chatbot development or training is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
