**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- Offer recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, adhering to quality standards.
- Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with professionalism.
- Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.

2. **Table Maintenance**:

- Set tables according to restaurant standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes and utensils.
- Reset tables promptly for incoming guests, maintaining a neat and inviting dining environment.
- Keep dining areas clean and tidy throughout service, including floors, chairs, and condiment stations.
- Monitor and refill condiments, napkins, and other table necessities as needed.

3. **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
- Communicate any special requests or modifications from guests to the kitchen team.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with management to address any issues or concerns raised by guests.

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation.
- Stay informed about daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
