**Job Summary**:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service in the hotel’s restaurant/outlet, ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. portions, ingredients, allergies).
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained during the meal.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and inform the manager when needed.
- Process billing and payment accurately.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Upsell additional products (e.g. beverages, desserts) when appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred but not always required).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic math and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Formal hospitality training or certifications (advantageous).

**Work Environment**:

- Indoor hotel restaurant or dining outlet.
- May be required to work long hours and shifts based on hotel occupancy.

Pay: ₹8,385.82 - ₹25,841.82 per month
