**We are looking for Accounts Receivable Execution position for Retail Industry**

**Experience : 3 to 6 years**

**Location : Hyderabad (Abids)**

Create and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are made on time.

Follow up with customers on past due accounts and arrange for payment.

Resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies.

Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer transactions.

Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status.

Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure that customer accounts are managed effectively.

Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Knowledge of billing and payment processing procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Experience in working with a large volume of accounts.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
