Responsibilities:

- Specialize in the art of pizza making, ensuring the perfect dough, flavorful sauces, and creative toppings.
- Develop and maintain a diverse menu, incorporating authentic Italian flavors while also introducing innovative twists.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline operations and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Oversee the kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their culinary skills.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maintain profitability.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and bring fresh ideas to the menu.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Continental Chef with a focus on Italian cuisine and pizza making.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary Italian cooking techniques.
- Proficiency in crafting various types of pizzas with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team.
- Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes and menu items.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results consistently.

Education and Experience:

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience working as a Continental Chef, preferably with expertise in Italian cuisine.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in the culinary industry.
