**Title: Bar Person/Waitress**

As a Bar Person/Waitress, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of both the bar and dining areas within the establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to bar tending, serving food, and attending to customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage and Food Service**: Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, as well as food items from the menu. Take orders accurately and promptly, ensuring that customers receive their drinks and meals in a timely manner.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment, seat them at tables or the bar, and assist them with menu selection. Provide recommendations on food and drink options, answer questions about ingredients or preparation methods, and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions.
- **Bar Operations**: Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences, including mixing cocktails, pouring draft beer, and serving wine. Handle cash transactions, operate a cash register or POS system, and maintain accurate records of sales and orders.
- **Table Maintenance**: Set up tables with utensils, glassware, and condiments before customers arrive, and ensure that tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after they finish their meals. Monitor table turnover and assist with resetting tables to accommodate new guests efficiently.
- **Cleaning and Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both the bar and dining areas, including wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of waste properly. Keep the bar area stocked with supplies such as ice, garnishes, and napkins, and restock condiments and utensils as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other bar and waitstaff members to ensure seamless coordination of service. Communicate effectively with colleagues to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, especially during peak hours or busy periods.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Verify the legal drinking age of customers and monitor alcohol consumption to prevent over-intoxication, intervening as necessary to maintain a safe and responsible environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in bartending and/or waitressing roles preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with patrons.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and familiarity with a variety of drinks and food items.
- Basic math skills for processing payments, handling cash, and making change.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays, and maneuver through crowded spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the establishment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Depending on the location and legal requirements, bartenders may need to obtain certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification in the United States).
- Compliance with uniform and grooming standards established by the establishment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,900.61 - ₹17,336.45 per month
