As a Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to restaurant guests. Your primary role is to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- **Order Management**:

- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accuracy and special requests are communicated clearly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Monitor tables for refill needs, clear empty dishes, and reset tables for the next guests.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:

- Suggest additional items such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience.
- Inform customers about daily specials, promotions, or loyalty programs.
- Upsell premium menu items or beverages when appropriate.
- **Payment Handling**:

- Present bills to customers, process payments, and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
- Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
- **Teamwork and Communication**:

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to address any issues or concerns that may arise during service.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and the restaurant runs smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,144.12 per month
