**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Real Estate and Plotting Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, particularly land and plotting developments. Your role will focus on driving sales, building brand awareness, and managing client relationships to ensure successful property transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for residential and commercial plots through both digital and traditional channels.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate new leads through networking, advertising, digital marketing, and client referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with potential buyers and investors, providing them with detailed project information, site visits, and guiding them through the buying process.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Facilitate sales transactions by understanding client needs, presenting appropriate options, and negotiating favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate and land development sectors, including competitor activities, pricing, and market demand.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes, from property listing to final sale.
- **Brand Building**: Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property expos to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market feedback, and marketing performance for management review.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of marketing or sales experience in the real estate sector, particularly in land or plotting sales.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch property projects effectively to clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
- **Networking**: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients, brokers, and developers.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and marketing automation tools.

**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Real Estate Sales would be an added advantage.
