**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident **Telecaller cum Counselor** who can connect with students, guide them about our courses, and help them choose the right career path. The role demands excellent communication, convincing ability, and a passion for counseling students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound inquiries.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and institute benefits.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update student database (CRM/Excel).
- Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and rapport.
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
- Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or education industry preferred.
- Good convincing skills and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM handling).
