**Telecaller - Education Counseling (UKIC - Coaching Institute)**

**Location**: Satellite & South Bopal (SOBO), Ahmedabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time (12:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

UKIC is a premier commerce coaching institute in Ahmedabad for 11th and 12th students (CBSE & GSEB). With 10 years of student success, a young faculty team, and an expanding digital presence, we are now looking for a **Telecaller** to join our communication team.

**Role: Telecaller - Student Inquiry & Follow-up**

You’ll be the **first voice of UKIC** for many students and parents. Your job is not just calling — it’s building trust, offering clarity, and helping them make the right decision.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to leads (inquiries via WhatsApp, online forms, walk-ins)
- Follow up on previous inquiries, schedule appointments or trial lectures
- Explain UKIC’s course offerings, timings, and admission process
- Maintain call logs, inquiry data, and feedback in Excel or CRM
- Coordinate with the Sales Head and Admin Team for updates and closures
- Be polite, energetic, and solution-oriented in every call
- Good command over Gujarati & Hindi (basic English understanding is a plus)
- Friendly tone, confident speaking, and active listening skills
- Ability to handle rejections and follow-up patiently
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp Web)
- Passionate about education and student interaction
