Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller cum Counselor who can connect with students, guide them about our courses, and help them choose the right career path. The role demands excellent communication, convincing ability, and a passion for counseling students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and institute benefits.
  • Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update student database (CRM/Excel).
  • Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and rapport.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
  • Prior experience in counseling, telecalling, or education industry preferred.
  • Good convincing skills and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM handling).
