Office Co-ordinator/customer Section Incharge

Responsibilities Include:
- Manage internal communications, including social media.
- Coordinating with the Director's to refine and administer office policies and procedures.
- Quick response to supplier or client questionnaire.
- Checking Mail of our Buyer & Seller and reply them to their related matter.
- Download information from website searching by net.
- Responsible for providing both clerical, secretarial, administrative support to senior managers works colleagues and company director's.
- To keep office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment.
- Take care of all Admin related issue.
- Take or confirm the appointments of the Director's.
- To order & maintains office supplies.
- Management of the front desk & In charge of all front desk operations.
- Maintaining and upkeep of the reception.
- Preparing internal order documents and replying to customers about booking confirmation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
