Business Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents with discretion.
- Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, records, and databases.
- Support in project coordination, research, and data compilation.
- Assist in planning company events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professionalism, discretion, and high level of integrity.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Proven track record of handling confidential information and managing executive-level communication.
